The Texas Success Initiative replaced the Accuplacer test. The TSIA2 is the updated and most recent version of this test. This assessment measures students’ ability to comprehend advanced level Reading, Writing, and Math concepts.
Students must take and pass these test in order to be College Ready and enroll in advanced level college courses.
Dual credit courses such as: Psychology, English, US History, Government, College Algebra. These courses are dual credit classes meaning the student will earn high school credit and college hours.
